"Der Aufenthalt war spitze, das Essen St. geräumig, sauber und sogar einen Tick besser als es auf den Bildern aussieht! Das einzige was uns nicht gefallen hat war das die Bettwäsche etwas gestunken hat, ob es daran liegt das sie alt ist oder zu lange in der Waschmaschine war können wir nicht beurteilen. "

"Alfred and Nicole’s place is so artfully done, peaceful, and comfortable. It is impeccably clean and they were the most welcoming hosts we’ve ever had. The property is just outside a small town, and there isn’t too much traffic during the day but at night it is silent. They were so welcoming of our little dachshund, and the gate can be closed to provide a safe place for a doggie to investigate. Their dog Paul is a lovely good boy. Our hosts recommended a wonderful nearby hike and other nearby...

"We loved staying at this property. The location was brilliant with easy access to the small local town. But also good connections to Many major cities and some stunning small towns on the Rhine such as Boppard. The house has fly screens on all windows and doors, which was fantastic for me as I always get bitten by mosquitos. Not here I didn't. 2 x bedrooms are a good size for our needs. Garden was lovely and quiet. Good WiFi for those who can't do without it. My 12 year old daughter being one...

Local bus stop just around the corner for both directions and Vallandar is around a 30 minute walk away or nearest city of Koblenz (which is wunderbar!) is a 30 minute bus trip. "They gave me a free upgrade to a room with a view of the Rhine. The breakfast buffet was the best I've had at any European hotel. They had a designated machine only for hot chocolate, and the cocoa was so good I drank three cups. There was also a smoothie maker. Also, just a 10-minute walk to the Drachenfelsbahn."

"Stop over on way back to Scotland from Switzerland. Arrived late and was still able to get a meal in restaurant . Staff were excellent. Only issue we had they wanted to charge us for breakfast when we had already paid when we booked. Manager sorted it out. Will definitely use the hotel again"
