Reparto Náutico Tours and Activities

We chose this hotel because of its location off the strip and close to allegiant Stadium because we were attending our concert. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating at every level. However this is a smoking not a non-smoking casino so just that the minute you walk in you are overwhelmed by that smell. We did have a non-smoking room that was overall clean and well-maintained. But when we hold our sheets down there was a dead bedbug in the bed which was frustrating. I called the front desk and they immediately moved us and comped us some money for food and drinks for our trouble. I suppose any hotel at any price level Can have a problem with bedbugs, but in all the very many years and very many places I’ve traveled I’ve only had an issue twice . I’m not sure that I would stay there again.

I’m happy that Harrah’s invested in refurbishing and updating this location. Good dining options inside and solid entertainment. The dueling pianos was my favorite.

Everything was excellent we had a wonderful time.
