"I was charged twice at different amounts and got the invoice to offset the wrong one via email. When I checked out in the morning, the lady said she can't resolve on her own but I can call in the afternoon to follow up. I sent a reminder via email asking when I can however, no one replied or refunded me after 2 working days. The tap of the shower was broken. The cleaner forgot the cleaning cloth in the sink. The good part is the reception's friendly attitude that they fulfilled special request...

"While a little "worn around the edges", this hotel is very pleasant. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Bed comfort is very good. We discovered a good bistro down the road - the midi-minuit - which actually closes at 10:30 (bizarre given the name). Looked at Georges bistro but was overcrowded and too noisy. If you arrive late, parking is free in the street. "

"A fabulous little hotel in a fantastic location right in the heart of Lyon’s shopping and restaurants and close to the old town. The location couldn’t have been better. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay here again when returning to Lyon."
