"My teenagers and I had a wonderful stay here. What made it very nice was our personal concierge, Jose. Anytime we needed anything, we just sent him a text and we received what we needed within minutes. He took care of all of our dining reservations, anything we needed for the room – extra bottled water or towels, and arranged for a convenient check out. If you stay here, be sure to request Jose! He was very professional, friendly and attentive."

"I have stayed at multiple H10 resorts, they say this is an older one but it was right up there with my favorites, I loved this resort, the food was great, actually the buffet was the best I ever had at an all inclusive. I cant say the night life was bad but I will say that it was geared toward an older crowd and some of the staff could have been a little more courteous but for the most part they were great. The biggest down fall was if you forget anything plan on being robbed in the gift shop or anything else you need, for example a small bottle of sunscreen $45, 9 blood pressure tablets $150, just be sure to bring everything you need and dont forget anything. The pools were great, but they do need to clean the seaweed off the beach which alot of the resorts do but not this one and it wash's back into the ocean which makes the water very dirty. So the bottom line is that this resort has it's faults as do they all but overall I loved this resort and would rank it among my favorites and would definitely return and recommend it."

"Our stay was great, nice room, Bohio buffet was amazing. Restaurant reservations were limited for dinner though. That was probably the only down side to our stay. Shops inside hotel do not accept cash."

"Excellent! Highly recommended. Staff was amazing. Marcelo was great. There was definitely some misunderstanding on the price for extending the stay. I'll have to chalk that one up as my fault for not confirming. Always have it written down as language barriers can create a $400 difference. With that said, I still stayed an extra day and paid for a 1 way ticket back. That tells you it was worth it. "

"My stay was nice, I did have one issue with a small rodent running in my room due to a utility closet being left open the first night I was there. After that situation was taken care of. It was a wonderfrul experience. The resort was beautiful. I will return even though that happened. "
