Cretan Nature Villa with private heated pool & BBQ


Cretan nature villa is a wonderful countryside villa located in the picturesque village of Agia Triada. When the sun sets behind the mountaintops, the sun rays make a magnificent scenery.
Outdoor area:
Outdoor area will welcome you the moment you reach the house. A lovely garden full of beautiful roses and cozy tables and chairs provide a unique environment for relaxation and also enjoying the magnificent landscape! A private 3,5x5 m swimming pool (1,5m deep) will complete your relax scene, since the view you will enjoy will swimming is breathtaking. Also, in our outdoor area you will find a BBQ, built out of firebricks, with a large bench which includes a sink in order to prepare your own alfresco meal and practice yourself on traditional Cretan recipes!!

Ground floor:
Entering the villa from the main entrance you will find a fully equipped kitchen with a large renovated dinning table and a big buffet constructed in 1942. In the buffet you can see οld traditional dinnerware. Next to the kitchen a well organized bathroom is attached, with a big bath tub and a washing machine.

Lower floor:
Proceeding to the next room you will enter the old stone house that is completely reconstructed. At this level you can find a work area, a bunk bed that can accommodate up to two guests and a large living room. In the living room there is a 43 inch smart TV and two large sofas. One of the two sofas can accommodate two additional guests as it turns into a double bed.
First floor:
Reaching the first floor though a staircase you can find a spacious loft with a double king size bed. This bedroom is separated from the rest of the main space as it is surrounded by glass providing sound insulation and moments of privacy.
The unique benefits of the villa are:
• Panoramic view to the Cretan nature and Cretan sea!
• Quiet and peaceful moments under the shadow of an ancient olive tree. The olive tree is believed to be at least 150 years old. Although its exact age cannot be verified, this Olive Tree might be the oldest in the area.
• Totally isolated and surrounded by Nature you can feel as Cretan villager but at the same time you are just 12 minutes drive away from the heart of Rethymno town. Also, you can find a market in 3 kilometers, a gas station in 500 meters and a medical center in 6,6 kilometers

Wonderfull calm and also near

Wir genossen mit unseren 2 Kindern (4/2) die Wohnung und den aussenbereich sehr. Es war alles so schön stimmig und die Wohnung auch für schlechtes Wetter tiptop eingerichtet. Es hat alles was man braucht. Es ist ruhig und doch ist man in 12min am lebhaften Strand (wenn man das sucht :-). Wurden von Christos super betreut und mit top Vorinfos ausgestattet. Danke nochmals dafür.

Ce coin de paradis est tellement relaxant. Le propriétaire est d’une gentillesse sans nom. Il nous a donné plein d’excellent conseil où aller manger, quoi faire, etc. La propriété est parfaite, propre et une vue à couper le souffle. Nous avons adorés notre séjour. Merci encore.

Exceptionnel!

Le séjour dans cette villa de charme fût simplement magique. D'une part grâce au lieu lui même: tranquillité, beauté du paysage, piscine, transats, tout y était pour ne plus vouloir sortir de la villa. Mais surtout, notre hôte Christos, a été d'une gentillesse comme nous avons rarement vue: disponible, aux petits soins et réactif. Merci Christos pour ce superbe séjour que nous avons passé dans ta charmante villa! A bientôt !

Traumhaftes Ferienhaus mit griechischem Dorfflair

Das Alleinstellungsmerkmal dieser Unterkunft ist der großzügige Außenbereich auf zwei Ebenen. Die obere Ebene bietet Gelegenheit für entspannte Stunden am Pool. Die untere Ebene dient als perfekter Außenessbereich. Alleinstellungsmerkmale sind hier der gemauerte Außengrill und der hundertjährige Olivenbaum. Der Gastgeber hat sich sehr um uns gekümmert. Er hat uns sogar mit selbst produziertem Olivenöl, Rotwein und Raki versorgt. Außerdem hat er uns mit diversen Strand- und Tavernentipps den Urlaub verschönert. An die typischen "Landgeräusche" (Hund und Hühner) mussten wir uns als Städter erst gewöhnen. Zusammenfassend können wir dieses Ferienhaus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Tolles Häuschen

Wer auf der Suche nach einer gemütlichen Hütte für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder ist, ist hier richtig! Das Hochbett ist für Erwachsene dann doch etwas zu hart. Christos ist allerdings einer der besten Hosts, die ich bisher erlebt habe! Absoluter Wohlfühlfaktor.

Amazing Holiday

This villa was wonderful, so perfect and quiet. Villa was spotless and Nikos was very helpful and attentive, providing us with fresh fruit, water and Crete pastries on arrival was very thoughtful and welcome. He provided us with things to do and see in the area and places to eat. The pool was amazing, our 9yr old would have spent the full 2 weeks at the villa in the pool! We would highly recommend staying at this beautiful villa. Thanks you Nikos for making our time in Crete so lovely.

Erg mooie vakantiewoning!

Zeer mooie vakantiewoning gelegen op een heuveltop in Agio Triada op zo'n 16 km afstand van Rethymnon. Mooi uitzicht over zee. Recente en goed onderhouden woning met privé-zwembad en buitendouche. Ligruimte rond het zwembad met ligstoelen. Het zwembad wordt regelmatig door de eigenaar onderhouden en gereinigd. Eten kan je in de schaduw van een prachtige olijfboom op het terras. Het terras is trouwens omzoomd door prachtige bloemen en heerlijk geurende kruiden. Er is ook een BBQ met toebehoren. Het huis zelf werd vorig jaar compleet gerenoveerd (+ deels bijgebouwd) en biedt alle comfort. Er is ruimte voor 4 personen (één slaapkamer en één stapelbed). De bedden zijn van een uitstekende kwaliteit. Verder is er een woonruimte en ingerichte keuken met frigo/diepvries/wasmachine/fornuis met oven/... en een badkamer met ligbad en WC. Alle ruimtes zijn voorzien van goedwerkende en geluidloze airco. Er bevindt zich een mini-market op 2 km afstand. De zee ligt op 4 km afstand. Daar vindt je tevens een ruime keuze aan restaurants en winkeltjes. De eigenaar van het huis is zeer gastvrij. Bij aankomst bracht hij ons fruit, een karaf raki en door zijn moeder gebakken cakejes . Later bracht hij ons nog een door zijn schoonvader vervaardigde biologische wijn en door zijn moeder bereide schotel moussaka. Heerlijk allemaal en pure verwennerij! Kortom, een adresje om aan te bevelen!!!
