"The staff. Every last one of them that I had the pleasure of meeting were amazing. I had injured myself on February 12th of my stay at the hotel and they went way above and beyond to help make my stay as comfortable as could be. Plus they were so good to my dog Diamond. Next time my stay will be for pleasure as they have so many amenities at the hotel. Love"

"Great hotel in the town of Revelstoke. Updated spacious rooms with lots of room for your gear and relaxing. Hot tub requires an activation code everyday, which was a bit annoying to set up and manage each day when we stayed there for an entire week. Maintaining the room/cleaning isn’t done unless specifically requested and might not get done even if you do request it. A lot of stuff is handled via texting the main number for requests. "
