"Ski in/out is excellent. Suite was great and staff was helpful. Saunas need to be cleaned regularly. Both were full of stagnant water and garbage floating In The water. Dry sauna shouldn't have inches of water sitting in the bottom. Otherwise, excellent room and service. "

The fact that you can check in and check out without ever seeing anyone is also kind of neat, but when I did need to go to the office to ask for something, the staff was pleasant and easy to deal with.
