The cottage is in a quiet street and within walking distance of all the local amenities. A gated small front yard leads to the front door. You enter into the open plan living /dining room which has a small sofa and 2 armchairs, dining table and chairs. Dual aspect windows make this a light and airy room. There is a Smart TV and Panasonic DVD player.
The bright, light filled kitchen is on the left hand side and is equipped with gas hob and oven underneath, integrated dishwasher, washer / dryer, Krups coffee machine, fridge and freezer, toaster and kettle.
The bathroom is downstairs and has a free standing bath with a hand held shower, a WC, sink and a shower cubicle. Sash windows (with blinds) look out onto the neighbouring property.
Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms, 1 with ensuite shower room.
Bedroom 1 has a double bed, 2 bedside tables and chest of drawers. Windows look out over neighbouring gardens and rooftops.
Small ensuite shower room with shower cubicle, WC and sink and a window providing natural light.
Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds, 1 bedside table, bookcase and a hanging rail. There is also a window seat in the bay window looking out onto the street.
Please be aware there is no garden at this cottage.
There are bicycles at the cottage but they have not been regularly serviced, so can be used at the guests own risk.
No access to attic allowed
Bikes are left at the property, and are available to use at your own risk, (bike pump/locks etc in house)
Dogs are not allowed on furniture or upstairs.
Please note that the bathroom window actually overlooks the neighbours garden so careful when opening the blinds!
