The location can’t be any better: right on the promenade of Ribeira Brava, in the middle of the city Center with all its restaurants, the market, the concert stage, local and touristic shops. The staff is super friendly and very helpful. The hotel is not new, but has everything one needs. Enjoy!

We had the best stay at the Flag Hotel! The twin room was just the right size for two travelers. Ribeira Brava was a charming part of the island!! It was quiet and everyone was so kind. Above all, the staff at the hotel made our stay phenomenal. Joel went above and beyond to ensure we had the best possible trip! He booked tours for us, scheduled taxis, and was genuinely excited to hear about our adventure. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Personale venlige og hjælpsomme Hotel ligger smukt og centralt på Madeira og vi havde den skønneste udsigt fra værelse og terrasse. Morgenmaden var fin og tilpas Værelse og møbler lidt slidte og gamle, men der var det der var behov for. Godt tilfredse - skønt sted

Très bien situé, près des services. Stationnement dans les rues difficile il faut être chanceux pour trouver une place rapidement. La propriété laisse à désirer il y avait encore des poils et cheveux dans le bain et papier des autres occupants Lors de notre séjour fête de quartier bruyante jusqu’à 1h00 du matin

Un auténtico desastre
Nos dieron una habitación, la 304 muy oscura, con una ventana pequeña y vistas a un patio interior. El baño asqueroso con una cortina vieja y sucia y con muy poca luz. La cama incomoda de muelles, sin enchufes cerca y con unas mesillas a mucha distancia de la cama, sin posibilidad de dejar cosas cómodamente. La cocina sin nada de menaje. No vuelvo ni gratis
