"On my first evening, I noticed an issue with the toilet - it constantly made a dripping sound that was quite maddening when trying to sleep. I told the front desk, in hopes that they could send maintenance to fix it, but as it was the start of the weekend, I was told that might be a while, so instead they just offered me a new room. I was impressed by their commitment to do right by me — it would have been much easier for them to just call maintenance and leave it for Monday. "

"The first night was very quiet end enjoyable. The 2nd night was great until people moved into a unit above us and made a lot of noise. Chairs were falling over and it sounded like they were roller blading... extremely noisy. Otherwise it was quiet and peaceful. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean. We had a good stay. "

"The studio with king bed was very spacious and quiet, and well equipped….i have stayed in the one bedroom apartment before which was on the street side and was noisy at night time but the studio was on the other side and was very quiet and had a nice outlook to the garden area….would stay again "

"This is a great place to stay in Christchurch near the botanical gardens and a lovely walk to the city center. I wish we could have taken advantage of the included breakfast on our last day but our flights were changed and we had to depart before it opened. Friendly staff and wonderful warm cookies. The rooms are a little dated and there was some rubbish that was not picked up for a period of time. I would definitely stay here again"
