"Took my family to Nephi for the state wrestling tournament. We stayed here at the request of my son because what kid (or kid at heart) doesn’t want to stay in an epic treehouse. It was a lot of fun to stay. Has a microwave, mini fridge, sink, and tv in the common area. Queen bed is comfortable and so are the pull out couch and futon. The only hang up was the bathroom was across the bridge on the ground and it was cold goi g potty at night. The owner was super nice and is actively adding a...

"We were in town visitng for a wedding. The home was neat and cozy and had plenty of space for my teenage boys. Beautifully decorated and very comfortable beds. It had everything we needed and more. It was BETTER THAN expected. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!"

"The Lyman house was a pretty stay on our way from Arches and Canyonlands to Capital Reef. The house was modern, clean, and had everything we needed for 4 adults and 4 kids. "

Suggested for the owner - a tiny bit of coach cleaning, making sure renters know about use of the tables in the description, dated ping pong paddles, pickle ball paddles and balls, a bit more shampoo and soap for the showers. Tiny things that will make it perfect for the future. "
