Walkable to some local restaurants and cafes and a short drive to the popular Scott's Addition and Carytown. Jen was a great host and provided multiple recommendations. Our golden retrievers also enjoyed the backyard! "

"The best thing about this place is the location. It's only a block away from the shopping district in The Fan on Carry St. I stayed here with my mom and it was convenient to have more than enough space for the both of us. The apartment is also great: nicely decorated, clean, and comfortable. The only issues were the number of usable outlets and that the bathroom was a little awkward to navigate. We 100% plan on staying here again. "

"Overall, the place was perfect for what we were looking for. A clean, simple space to stay for a friends wedding that was just 2 blocks down from the venue! Having the kitchen was a huge plus over staying at a hotel. It was clean, quiet, and convenient to small, local places. Highly recommend!"

"We spent just one night to break up a super long road trip down I95 and it was perfect. It is close to the interstate, there is ample free parking, no extra charge for our 3 cats (most places limit to two pets and usually for a fee), a comfy king bed plus a full kitchen, living room and large bathroom. Check in was simple via a keypad entry with personalized code. Though we didn’t get out to see the town, it was central, close to the science museum, and yet on a quiet street. The building is old...

"This little house was perfect for our stay. Our son got married at the Common House, which is a private club only 2 blocks away from our rental. It was very convient, and the parking helped a LOT, since there was no parking at the venue. Great area in Richmond, full of shops and cafes. We only wish we could have stayed longer, but life happens. Everything we needed for our stay."

"We were in town for a tournament at the convention center and looking for something walking distance. This was perfect! Less than 5 min walk. The loft had everything we could have asked for and was immaculate. Instructions for entering the loft were clear and easy to follow, as well as communication before, during and after was A+! My only suggestion is that the outside of the place was difficult to find - possibly a photo of the entrance would help! But once we found it, the rest of the stay...
