The staff at the property was very friendly and helpful, they pointed me in the right direction for things to do. I had a great time here and really enjoyed it, the room felt very luxurious and I felt like I got my money's worth out of it. A lot of shopping and restaurants near the hotel.

Large hotel, handy for the railway station. A short walk to the Old Town which is very lively at weekends with stag and hen parties everywhere. Be aware that extra taxes will be added to the cost quoted on this site. Wifi not the greatest but staff very helpful.

This hotel is on the edge of the Riga Old Town right by the corner of the park containing the old moat turned into a canal. It is also across the street from the train station which is very convenient. The hotel did not have good AC, but there was a portable fan. The breakfast was good. The best part of the hotel was the location and reasonable price.

We spent 2 nights in standard twin beds room on the first floor. Overall it's a good hotel for the price. The things I liked the most: very friendly & helpful staff; very clean & comfortable beds; clean & nice bathroom. Also there are issues for improvement: WiFi internet was lost several times for a certain periods; LCD TV is a subject for upgrade (small diagonal of 23 inch & not possible to connect external devices like USB memory stick with media files); light bad odour from bathroom floor drain.

An excellent hotel in central Riga
Excellent service, very friendly and helpful staff at the reception and breakfast room. The superior double room had a very comfortable bed and excellent-quality linen.impeccable WiFi in the room made our stay really comfortable there. It is a real value for money especially if considered the property is very centrally located. In a short stroll you will find the old town, shopping areas and both the railway and coach stations.

I enjoyed my stay no windows at all iny room but not really a problem. I tried to get a late checkout but was immediately told it was not possible. Wifi was extremely slow on the 5th Floor so I did not use it.

Check-in took more than 1 hour because of a very unfrendly incapable desk officer, also for the family before us. Rest of desk personnel very frendly and efficient. For 3 thé rooms are quite small. Everything perfect, just unexpectedly got a room without windows. There was however a roof window on the ceilling pointing straight towards the sky which could be opened with a long stick.

Room was quite hot. There was no air conditionong, only a fan. The fan was SUPER dusty and I had to clean it before turning on, so we wouldn’t get an asthma. We could open the windows during night, because we got some bad smell from outside. There was no shower curtain or glass so the water from the shower was all over the bathroom, and we had to dry the floor with the towels. The breakfast was quite poor and not delicious, for example juices were warm every single morning. Bed’s sheets were too small so the didn’t fit in the bed, they went off every single night and it made me feel like I was on a cheap cruise. Most of the staff were friendly, but couple of them didn’t act like a service staff. Only good thing in the hotel was location. I wouldn’t stay again in this hotel. 100 euros per night for this is way too much.

ホテルに行くための地下歩道は最初はちょっと分かりにくいのですが、私達は3泊したので何度も通るうちに慣れました。階段にはスーツケースのキャスターを乗せられる簡易な鉄の板が片側だけついているのですが、スーツケースが大きくて重い場合はちょっと大変かもしれません。旧市街に泊まるのも楽しいとは思いますが、石畳みがなくどこに行くにも便利な場所にあるこのホテルはおすすめです。朝食はシンプルですが毎日美味しくいただきました。ラトヴィアを出発する日の早朝、スーツケースが重くなってしまったためBolt で移動しようと思いましたがうまく手配ができず、フロントで相談していたところ、ホテルの別のスタッフの方が通りがかって声を掛けてくださいました。バスの時間がどんどん迫ってきて焦っていたところ、何と急遽、個人の車でバスターミナルまで送ってくださいました。おかげでバスにも間に合い、無事にその日のうちにヴィリニュスに着くことができました。駅に着くまでお話をしたところ、その方はなんとホテルのジェネラルマネージャーさんでした。私服だったので、多分勤務時間外なのに困っている私達を見て、送ってくれたのだと思います。お疲れのところ送っていただいて本当にありがとうございました。ラトヴィアは初めてでしたが、食事、景色、文化などとても素晴らしく、人々はとても穏やかで優しく、大好きな国になりました。明るく気さくで人柄の良いジェネラルマネージャーさんのおかげで素敵な思い出が更に増えました。本当にありがとうございました。
