Welcome to Solitude! A cabin in the woods that was designed to bring the natural world into the comfort of the interior. Located on 3 wooded acres, in the heart of the Shenandoah Valley, Solitude embodies the essence of simple living.

We really enjoyed our stay at this location. It was the perfect distance between Shenandoah National Park and Luray. The cabin and hot tub were perfect to come home to after hiking. I wish that we could have stayed longer. I hope to return soon!!

My husband and I very much enjoyed our stay at this beautiful cabin. It was immaculately kept and provided some greatly needed break from the daily grind. Freshly baked cookies were provided on our day of check in and were delicious. We would definitely recommend and return.

Anniversary Stay
Our stay at Solitude was absolutely wonderful! The property was exactly as described, clean and beautiful. My wife and I loved our weekend away. We enjoyed sitting in the hot tub, relaxing by the campfire and watching nature go by. It was exactly what we needed for our anniversary, a place away from the business of our everyday lives. Highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking to get away!
