"The apartment needs serious updates if not a complete renovation. The microwave plug doesn’t reach the outlet. The kitchen cookware is rusty and bent. We found a dead roach in a tea cup. Black mold in the shower. The drawers in the bedroom were broken. A light bulb was missing and another one was burnt out. They left one toilet paper roll for a two week stay. "The building is well kept and felt very safe. Facial scan to enter and a 24 hour reception desk made it very secure. The website states an indoor pool but there is none. There is an “interior” pool, more like it’s in a courtyard, but it is not covered by a roof. "

"Apartamento excelente, muiti bem equipado. Anunciado como 1 quarto, mas na realidade são 2 amplas suites, equipadas com camas queen (maiores do que a de casal), além de tvs e outros memes. Roupa de cama e banho excelentes, assim como os colchões. Só não leva 5 estrelas por conta da iluminação (lâmpadas fracas e ao mesmo tempo brilhantes, desconfortáveis), internet que não funciona e pintura da parede da sala, mal executada e com tom infeliz."
