"We had a great 3-day stay at the blue cottage! The property manager was very responsive and helpful with our pre booking questions. We didn't need to interact during the stay, because everything about the house lived up to its description. It is a renovated 1940s era cottage, which some will probably consider to be a little drafty in really cold weather. "Was not sure what to expect as the property was so expansive and rural. The little house has horses and a cow outside of it and I did not know what to think as my husband picked it, so don’t let the outside fool you! This little house has everything you need inside and the bed is very comfortable. The owner is very nice and friendly. I definitely enjoyed my stay!"

"The property is a lovely 100 year old home with modern appliances and clean furniture, located in a quiet neighborhood near plenty of restaurants. Visitors should understand power plugs requiring 3-prongs might not be usable in many of the rooms due to old wiring/outlets, and there are no outlets in the hallway bathroom. "Beautiful quiet home on cove! The hospitality was amazing! They had us fire wood, things to make s’mores and the best coffee to ground and make expresso! It was fabulous! We really enjoyed the outdoor space even while it was raining. The owners made sure that the babies had what they needed. The wood burning fireplace was so nice and relaxing. They even brought propane for the outdoor heaters to make sure every thing was perfect. The black stone made the best steaks. I highly recommend."

"Amanda's condo was recently renovated, very tasteful finishes and furniture. Very clean and well stocked. We were there for the AU/Tenn basketball game and the condo was a great location within walking distance of restaurants and shops. Communication with wonderful. Highly recommend!!"
