"My husband and I treated ourselves to a night at Woodhouse the night before departing New Zealand. It is only an hour and a half from Auckland airport despite being quite out of the way in amongst hilly sheep farms. Everything was wonderful...views, decor, food. The main lodge and the cabins have been beautifully decorated. Cabins are large with ample living area including a fireplace and a large bathroom with double shower and spa tub. "We enjoyed our stay. Nice modern and well furnished property. Quiet location and long beach 5min drive away. Only thing was need to bring own linen as only bottom sheet and duvet provided and wasn’t stipulated on website. Comfy beds. Would stay here again. "

"We truly enjoyed staying at this property and it is exactly as you see online. The location is perfect --- a 10 minute walk to the beach and all the shops, restaurants you will need. At the other end of the block, there is a New Market grocery store so you can eat in with the fully stocked kitchen. The pictures are spot on and the house is very comfy and cozy.
