This beautifully decorated 2 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath condo with fully stocked kitchen is perfect for your family vacation. All furnishings are only a few years young and the view off the deck is truly beautiful off the main part of the lake where you can watch the sail boats set sail from the nearby Yacht Club. It is located at Bernard's Landing in Peninsula Towers. This is the only condo building that features an entrance from the parking lot as well as a lakeside back door. There is a convenient day dock for your use if you bring or rent a watercraft (owned Watercraft must be registered for a fee for the duration of your stay at Bernard's Landing security office located on the way in).
You can walk to Napoli on the Lake restaurant near the office or to the Clubhouse where you can find indoor and outdoor pools, tennis/pickleball courts, exercise room, and beach area. Great shopping is nearby at Westlake Village, and many other restaurants are within a 20 min. drive.

There are many golf courses and wineries in the area, boat, kayak and paddle board rentals at many marinas around the lake, and local stores for shopping and restaurants of all types throughout the lake area. Bridgewater Plaza on Booker T Washington (Rt 122) has a tourist office for more activities in the area along with shops, restaurants, mini golf, etc.
