Great place to stay
Lovely little house. It had everything we needed and fenced in back yard was a huge benefit for our dogs. Becca was quick to respond to all questions. I look forward to staying there again in the future.

Cozy Home
Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies and the beds were very comfortable. The high chair and travel crib were perfect for our son. The listing does say there are toys available, which is correct, but the toys are great for older kids in elementary school. There are not any toys for toddlers. The home is on a busy road, which we didn’t realize, but with the stop light on the corner traffic wasn’t bad. I would definitely stay again.

Wonderful Stay!
Great experience! This was our 2nd time staying here. It was easy to get to Mayo. Our dog loves the back yard! The house is clean and has all of the lusted amenities. Becca was always available and answered all of our questions. Would highly recommend.

Excellent stay!
Had a wonderful stay. House was clean and well-stocked. It snowed ALOT. Driveway, sidewalks, and stairs were shoveled right away! Perfect backyard for our dog. She had so much fun running through the snow. Easy to get to Mayo from there. Look forward to staying again!

Great stay!
Becca was wonderful. She was able to accommodate my request for an early check-in and she ran the AC on high before we got there so the house was cool on a record hot weekend. It felt wonderful after unloading the car to have the AC going strong. The dogs enjoyed the completely fenced in yard. The house had everything we needed. It was great to have a dog friendly option in Rochester. Should we need it again for family reasons, we would definitely re-book this property.

Great location for Mayo appointments
Great location for Mayo appointments. Even though located on a busy street, we did not have any issues getting out of the driveway. Fenced backyard was a huge plus for our fur baby, as well as being able to park our car in the garage, thank you! Communication with Becca was outstanding, both prior to our arrival and during our stay.

This cozy place was perfect!
We had to travel to Rochester for an appointment that was expected to be a day trip ... until the snowstorm blew in. The house is beautiful and set up with everything you could need. Lots of super books and puzzles, a fenced in yard for the pup and a garage to park in. Becca had the driveway plowed out in time for our early morning appointments! It was a worry free stay!

The Iron Butterfly
Becca and her Iron Butterfly house were a welcomed safe haven during a very stressful visit to Mayo Clinic. It was comforting to know my husband and our furry kid we’re close by and in a cozy home. Our family had a comfortable place to stay while offering us support. Becca promptly answered any questions and made us feel very welcome! Iron butterfly is great
We lived in Rochester for nearly 2 and a half months and this house made it feel like home. Our dog is having withdrawals from the wonderful yard and the great neighbors. The beds are extremely comfortable. The hosts were fantastic, even bringing us lighting late one evening when a freak lightning bolt took out a nearby electrical transformer, knocking out the power for a couple of hours.

Long-term stay in Rochester
The property was perfect for our needs and we thoroughly enjoyed our 6 weeks in Rochester. The property manager is phenomenal and was extremely responsive. The homeowners stopped by to welcome us with some local flowers and berries. The beds were extremely comfortable which makes being away from home so much easier. If you need a rental perfectly located near downtown and Mayo and are traveling with pets, this is the house for you!

Comfy little house
The Iron Butterly is a comfy little house just perfect for our long weekend. My family of 5 had plenty of room to sleep, eat, play games, and run around in the backyard in between trips to nearby Silver Lake Park, where we enjoyed paddleboating, and a couple nearby playgrounds. Becca is a wonderful hostess who reached out a couple times to make sure we had everything we needed, and even provided suggestions for family-friendly local attractions ahead of time. Check-in and check-out were simple and easy. I would definitely recommend a stay at this home.
