"Way too loud. This is definitely geared towards families with children. We were next to the pool and hot tub and listened to kids screaming all day long and until the pool closed at 10 p.m. The hotel itself is not sound-proofed and we ended up having to move from a second floor room to a third floor room because we could hear everything from upstairs. Will say the girls at the front desk were amazing and super apologetic. Unfortunately, we will not stay again as we don't have little kids...

"WE had a very nice view of the water but the walls are a bit thin so we could hear neighbors, also they need to upgrade their mattresses! Back was sore and I know about mattresses as we have a very old 1786 built country Inn in VT and we have needed to replace mattresses not since back then but because the last 8 to 10 years mattresses have gotten progressively better! Thanks."

"The double queen bed rooms are quite spacious and comfortable. The toilet and shower are separated from a double counter with a sink which makes it easy for more than one person to get ready for the day there. Would definitely stay here again. "

"I recently stayed at a hotel near by and same price in Morro Bay and Harbor House is way better! Good staff, easy parking, spacious room, comfortable bed, little patio/balcony and easy walk to the waterfront and seals. I was very happy here and hope to return in future."
