"i really liked all the snacks IHAD a very early flight out of Bristol like 6.a.mboarding time if i had not had the snacks i would have been starving PKLUS they checked me i nearly WITHOUT an early arrival time i just lucked out ..very close walking distance to al l shops and groceries if catching a flight i recommend..plus UBERwas reasonalbefrom there to airport..kids at the desk rarely leave town, research all your options yourself!"

Room and bathroom was a bit smaller than I expected, and could do with a bit more modernising, TV was very small and floors quite uneven and creaky. But that kind of added to the atmosphere of an ancient gatehouse. Next time I would request a room with a view of the cathedral as I think these must be more spacious. "

"Really lovely bed and breakfast host was super helpful and handed us water on arrival. Rooms dated in placesbbut well decorated and super clean Beds comfy a bit noisy when other guests arrived but just squeaky floors rather than loud guests. Bath was broken kids were gutted but would definitely recommend it and we will come back again."

It was within walking distance of the SS Great Britain, the docks area, Clifton Bridge and the town centre. Alternative buses were very frequent and a bus stop was 20 yards away. The only issue would be the cost of the breakfast but overall excellent. A***"
