"The chalet was very nice and clean. It was me, my wife and our two kids ages 6 and 7. The pull out couch was easy to use and the pillows and blankets were provided. The bed for us was in a loft area which was a little difficult to get in and out of bed. We enjoyed our one night stay here and would not have any issues staying here again. "

"Die Wohnung ist wie man sie im Internet sehen kann. Die Leute auf dem Gelände sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es waren sehr schöne Tage.Die Aussicht auf die Berge und den See sind wunderbar. Auch der Ausblick auf die Obstpnatagen sind sehr schön."

"Our three night stay here was very comfortable. Staff were very helpful and they spoke good English, so communication was easy. The modern room was well equipped and designed. Its location in the Lindau Reutin area was quiet and had a choice of nearby restaurants. Bus transport from the apartments to the train stations and Lindau Insel was easy. We wish we could have stayed longer as there was plenty to see in the area."

"Property was very clean, excellent bathroom, bed comfortable and had laundry facilities downstairs. The kitchenette needs some maintenance, only one cook top stove worked and there is no microwave. Overall a good stay. "

"The self check-in facility wasn't working and it took 30 minutes and phone conversations with 3 people before a very helpful lady was able to assist. Another guest spoke to us during that time to say he'd had trouble checking in 3 days earlier and had not had any wifi access at all for his stay. "VERY disappointed to find out that there is NO onsite restaurant despite advertising as having a Brasserie- very misleading. Ok so there are a few restaurants within a 5 min walk but when you arrive late’ish and it’s freezing outside the last thing you want to do is hunt for a restaurant. "The best hotel we stayed at in Europe. The views alone could give this hotel 5 stars, but the room was clean and nice as well. Check in was easy and the bus stop was not too far away. Although, you should be warned the first walk up with your luggage can be a bit of a battle, but we took plenty of stops to take in the view anyways."
