"Andre and Nicholas are amazing hosts, the room(s) - we stayed on two occasions, on our way to our friends and on the way back- are exquisitely furnished, excellent facilities, superb breakfasts and just a truly amazing place to be. Slightly off the beaten track which is a benefit in itself, so quiet and amazing stars at night. Andre booked us a table at a local restaurant and that was excellent as well. Absolutely no hesitation in saying it was one of the best overnight stays we have ever had...

"We stayed for one night while travelling to the ferry port. awe chose the Manoir because it was quiet and relaxing. The welcome was very warm and the accomodation gave us a different experience of and overnight stay. The town nearby gave many choices for an evening meal and looked like a nice place to spend a day or part of a day. Would recommend."

"Astrid was a great host and did everything possible to help us relax. It’s such a beautiful property and gardens (we lounged around drinking wine in the evening), with all the quiet we needed to get away, yet close enough to pretty towns and villages for exploring. Astrid is a great cook, I recommend you book her to prepare your dinner (using locally sourced and foraged ingredients) at least one evening. Thank you!"

"Annonce disant 7 sdb en fait 3!!! Problématique pour les douches et que l’on atteint le nombre de 28. Cuisine pas adaptée au grand nombre, petite et étroite. Vaisselle non adaptée au grand nombre également. Le reste est très confortable et nous avons beaucoup aimé mais nous avons eu la chance d'avoir beau temps. Sinon cela aurait été étroit. Très Bonne communication avec la personne par WhatsApp. Prévoir un balais terrasse et intérieur."

Lit de 140, lit sous les toits avec très peu de hauteur de plafond, on se cogne la tête pour monter et poutre juste au dessus du lit. 2 petites serviettes de toilette et non des draps de bain. "Had a lovely stay in Cesar's Cottage in Balines. Property was clean and tidy.. Kids loved the pool all the space outdoors. Only a short drive to local shops. Cottage is located in a beautiful spot in the countryside. we fitted in day trips to Paris and Le Mans."
