"This place is such a beautiful hidden gem! Nicole and her husband were so warm and inviting! They facilitated an early checkin and provided a delicious wholesome breakfast. Everything was beautifully presented and unique. The room was immaculate - one of the cleanest we have ever stayed in. The room was equipped with everything we needed, it was warm and comfortable and we slept well. The property is beautiful and the surrounding area is stunning. The pictures definitely don’t do this place...

"Do not be driven by the cover photo. This a working property and the rooms are above the office and working area. When work is over, no one is at the property. This is a very pedestrian stay. Our room was disappointing. The shower pan did not drain and my shower had to be cut short to avoid overflow. Our room door did not lock and once shut, it took the full force of my aging body to push it open. The main door to the building did lock however. The view was spectacular. We left early. "

It is a very quiet area and a great spot to base yourself if you are interested in exploring the vineyards and villages in the Champagne region. "The food was excellent but do not recommend staying at the hotel. The showers and bathroom mirrors are only adequate for people under 4ft tall. The rooms need remodeling bad to accommodate people. Also, they are serious about locking you in the hotel and parking area at night which caused an issue during our stay of someone setting off alarms and honking in the middle of the night when arriving late."
