Duplex Centro Parking Ronda

Our apartment is a large 2-storey duplex with 3 bedrooms, one of which is a loft, which is located in the center of Ronda. It is a modern accommodation with traditional touches of round furniture in the large dining room.

The best thing about our duplex is the incredible terrace where you can enjoy your meal with your family or friends in good weather, lengthening the table tops.
On the ground floor you will find two rooms. In the first one you can rest in a large and comfortable double bed. In this same room you will see a large built-in wardrobe with hangers. The second bedroom has two single beds and wardrobe hangers.
Next to the two rooms on the lower floor, there are two full bathrooms with towels and a hairdryer.
The apartment consists of a large open plan living room, with two large sofas and dining area. It also has two old furniture in the style of Rondeño. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped with everything you need.
Accessing upstairs we find a huge attic with a double bed, sofa bed and closet. On the same floor you will enjoy the large outdoor space, where we have arranged a dining area that you can enjoy in good weather.
The apartment is brand new and modern. It has air conditioning and central heating, as well as lighting with LED technology throughout the accommodation for better energy efficiency.
We want you to feel welcome and comfortable in our accommodation, therefore, ask us for recommendations, schedules, how to get around the Serranía de Ronda. And we will certainly be attentive to any circumstance that may occur during your stay.
Our duplex is located in the center of Ronda. You can reach on foot, in just 5 minutes, the main monuments of Ronda. In addition, in the same neighborhood where our accommodation is located, you will find: bakeries, supermarkets, buffets, bars and restaurant ...
The neighborhood of the center of Ronda is a quiet place where you can enjoy the city, without neglecting other services since it is quite well integrated exclusive services for visitors and the traditional places where we go from Rondeños forever.
We also offer you our private and covered parking one minute from the accommodation, where you can leave your vehicle without worrying about finding a place in the center of Ronda, which in many cases, is impossible.

Lovely apartment , as a family of 5 we had ample room. The top terrace was nice as a sun bathing area . Everything was clean and tidy , and our host was easy to deal with and responsive to messages and calls. Instructions for parking could be clearer .. but only as we didnt know we had to get the keys for the garage from the apartment.. The wifi also wasnt working during our stay. Car park is typical for this area so if hiring a car, dont get a massive SUV as itll be a very tight squeeze lol. Ronda is stunning to visit , so much history in a small area, and loads of great places to eat and drink , the apartment is ideally located away from.the noisy area but only a few minutes walk to get to the bars and shops

This is a very large and tasteful apartment. Having two bathrooms is a luxury, and the upstairs bedroom and patio are lovely spaces.

Estancia inmejorable
El dúplex, es perfecto, cómodo, tranquilo, no ruidoso, céntrico, y sobre todo ideal para venir tanto con adultos como con peques. El propietario muy atento en todo momento y a nuestra disposición para lo q necesitáramos. Cuenta con una plaza de garaje muy cercana. Y la verdad q nos sorprendió el precio para lo buena q fue la estancia. Pq el lugar es de 5 Estrellas.
