Old, ratty properties like this drag down the Wyndham brand. A pair of dirty, really stinky socks left on the floor? Someone was leaving a message. I left without even sleeping there.

I am very pleased with this property. I have stayed one night a week for the last 7 months and do not want to change anything. Staff is great!! Pat, the night clerk, is amazing!! He takes care of his guests!! Highly recommend this hotel!!

This Days Inn in Rosenberg was just about exactly what I wanted. It is reasonably priced, convenient to my activities in Sugar Land. It is an older facility and the age shows, but the room was very clean, comfortable and well maintained. Everything in the room worked perfectly. The breakfast could better be described as a snack. It consisted of packages of flavored Quaker oatmeal packets, yogurt, juice, packaged pastries and coffee, but in fairness, the offerings are posted at the desk. Staff was very courteous and happily accommodated a 1.5 hour early check in. There was one miscommunication. I stayed for two days and staffed cleaned my room and inadvertently canceled my key card. However, when I notified staff they promptly and courteously corrected the issue. Mistakes happen sometime. Overall it was a good experience I will repeat and it was a very good value.

Friendly, efficient staff. Easy check in and out. Would stay here again. Trip was for doctor visits, and a 7:30 AM departure easily enabled keeping a 9:00 AM appointment My only complaint is the continental breakfast. The coffee machine didn't do well. For the price, however, it's a minor inconvenience.
