"Very friendly and welcoming staff, the games room was a nice addition. Bed was relatively comfortable and the deluxe suite was a good size. The laundry room and sauna were great and unexpected additions. However, the photos on the website were a little misleading. The room decor needs some modernising: there were stains on the sofa, ceramic chips in the bathroom and an old stereo. Plus while we appreciated a fitness room, there was only 1 running and a basic weight machine. It was a nice stay...

The spa facilities are wonderful and you have access to the entire area for 90 minutes for maximum privacy. Location is fantastic with quick links to the centre. "We had a lovely 2 night stay and the staff had obviously seen my birthday card in the room and when we returned there was a bottle of wine with a letter wishing me a happy birthday. The rail station was just a very short walk opposite the hotel entrance though we did get Ubers as they were so easy to book and they longest we waited was two minutes for one to arrive. If we next visit Prague we will probably stay at Prague Towers again."
