I could sit in the back all day listening to the stream and smelling the amazing fresh air, then go inside and snuggle up in front of the fireplace with a good book or movie. "Great location to stay. Phillip greeted us upon arrival, very nice and friendly guy. We enjoyed our stay at their location. One thing we were very displeased with was the uncleanliness in the house. "We just got home from a great weekend stay here in Colorado City. We rented for a weekend wedding at Brush Canon Ranch. The distance to the wedding venue was perfect, about 20 minutes. Check in and check out were easy and smooth. "We LOVED this property! It's a beautiful, comfortable house and the outdoor area was wonderful. We were surrounded by Ponderosa Pines and the sound of the creek. So incredibly relaxing. Joe is amazing! He was quick to respond to texts before we got there and while we were there. And he thought of everything his guests might need. It's the best equipped kitchen we've seen in any VRBO property. We had fun playing table tennis and pool in the evening in the rec room. What a great idea and a fun...

Everything else about the place was significantly better than the average VRBO, particularly those in less touristy areas. We enjoyed our time. It was particularly clean for the “dusty” west. Keep that up … it’s a difference maker. "
