"The room we booked and paid for we did not get, the room was comfortable and nice enough but the first night was extremely noisy as their was a bus load of very inconsiderate people. Lots of construction going on around the hotel. Not the greatest stay we have had in Vietnam"

"Amazing Hotel Sapa is a very comfortable, spacious hotel close to the center of Sapa town, with spectacular views overlooking the terraced rice fields and surrounding mountains. Breakfast was very good. The only downside for us -- though this may be true for all of the hotels in town -- is that the narrow streets of Sapa have become choked with traffic, which made it occasionally difficult to arrange pickup at the hotel entrance."

"For our first visit to Sapa, we are so happy we stayed at the Bamboo Hotel! It is conveniently located for both trekking and the amenities of Sapa. The rooms were clean, the food was great and the onsite spa was a delight. By far, the best part though was the staff. They were all so wonderful but in particular, Julie at the front desk went above and beyond for us every chance she had. She even went as far as hand delivering a birthday cake (with a song!). "Nice view and quieter location as it's just out of town but a steep walk to all restaurants etc"

"Staff was wonderful and location was good. Room was nice size for the price but dated. Room smelled musty but has to be because of the area and weather. Was a good place to call home base while we stayed in Sapa since you dont go there to spend time in the room anyway. "

"For traveller who looking for halal food in vietnam this is the right hotel to stay..location is good not far from Cat-Cat Village as well as to shopping area. The room big and very comfortable..with 2 queen size bed..can fix around 5-6 people. Breakfast not much choice. "
