"The air conditioning barely worked. The supposedly great restaurant was “on vacation” - during peak tourism season! There was no extra lock on my room door or chain for security. "The carpet leading to our room smelt of dogs, our room smelt of cigarette smoke. Breakfast time was chaotic, the staff were not in control. We needed to wait for food, crockery and utensils. We later found out they were trying to cater for a coach full of people, who were also taking lots of food for their journey. Terrible, disgusting very unpleasant.
