"Any five-star review is fake. This was the worst "hotel" we stayed at in all of India. Do NOT believe the photos of the nice rooms - they don't exist. Only filthy, smokey rooms falling apart. No wifi, far from the city and completely fake advertisement. Stay far, far away from this establishment. "

"We got worst service from that hotel. Our rooms have been exchanged since we came bit late and they gave us a very poor room. One of the stuff Malik was very rude when we complained about it. We had to wait an hour to get the room which was not even properly cleaned. I won’t recommend this hotel to anybody. Stay away from this hotel!!"

"Excellent location. Hotel was very close to the Taj Mahal and main area of the city. Stayed for 2 nights. Hotel was walking distance to TDI shopping centre and one of the famous bakeries of the city called “Gopaldas” Hotel had an in-house restaurant called “Kwality”. It was the best food we had in Agra city. Overall a great experience, would love to visit again when in India next!"

"The hotel is beautiful and clean. The rooms and corridors are well kept. It is near to TAJ MAHAL. The breakfast had multiple options and servers were polite and helpful - they fulfilled all our food requests for my toddler. My kids enjoyed the puppet show at night near the pool. We had AC issues at night, and the team promptly addressed it in few mins. They also compensated me proactively for this inconvenience.
