"The hotel as hall was satisfactory standard! Staff in general were polite. I think they can benefit from a customer service awareness course as some of them was below standard specially on the bar area in our arrival it took the guy 45 minutes to get us 2 club sandwiches and when they eventually arrived the sandwich and the chips were called. "

"Molto simpatici e disponibili ci hanno organizzato delle gite e transfert perfetti, colazione ottima e visuale da infarto di fronte i giochi di luce e suoni delle piramidi ( spettacolo gratis uguale a quello a pagamento dentro la spianata)"
