"We had a wonderful week. Communication beforehand was great and nothing was too much trouble. If youre looking for bright lights and busyness this is not it - though its only a car journey away. The pool about a minute's walk down the path was beautiful. The cottage was clean and contained everything we needed. Would return."

"This is the quietest holiday on record for us and we always look for quiet locations. The house is a charm and François and Claudine made for the most hospitable hosts. The Vendée has so much to offer and we loved the safe cycling on flat roads using the bikes that came with the property. "Lovely place. Loads of space for us 4 families to spread out across the 2 separate houses. (Handy to put the teens in the end one on their own). "We booked 2 rooms but the automated system only gave us 1 at check in so we had to see the lady at reception after 5pm to get the second one. It is a Poor and confusing digital system. Also the location of the hotel is not helpful for access to restaurants in the evening.
