Une petite maison au charme basque dans un complexe bien equipé et sécurisé !
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette petite maison au charme typiquement basque et son jardinet agréable et bien entretenu. Au sein d'un vaste complexe de maisons similaires, Jeux pou enfants, nombreux équipements sportifs extérieurs : 2 terrains de tennis, une grande piscine sécurisée, un terrain multi-sports et le très local mur de chistera... Nous avons échangé avec le propriétaire de façon très fluide et sympathique et avons été accueilli par Frédéric, son homme de confiance. Un pur personnage local et sympathique qui nous a donné de nombreux conseils touristiques et qui avait préparé la maison aux petits oignons ! La maison en elle même est très agréable et bien équipée ! La chambre du bas est particulièrement agréable (fraicheur) et le bas est très lumineux. L'étage sous les toits et velux est charmant mais monte vite en température. Par chance la semaine de nos vacances de nos vacances n'étaient pas en canicule... La mise en place d'une climatisation (même mobile) serait un vrai plus, surtout à l'étage !

Maison très agréable et calme. Piscine vraiment top! Elle est commune mais nous avons eu de la chance d'en profiter seuls ! Il y a même un terrain de basket ce qui a ravi mes enfants. Accueil très sympathique, plein de bons conseils. 1 plage à 5 minutes une autre à 10.. Sur le circuit du sentier littoral, top pour marcher. Belle vue sur les montagnes quand on est à la piscine. Petit bémol : une télé un peu plus grande aurait été un plus ! Surtout en cas de mauvais temps 😉

Très bon emplacement pour des vacances dans le pays basque !
Maison propre, la piscine et la plage à pieds sont très agréables. Les villes à visiter ne sont pas loin en voiture.

Nous avons été accueilli par Frédéric qui a été très agréable, et qui a su nous orienter sur nos différentes sorties. Le logement est top! Les enfants ont passé leur temps dans la piscine. La mer est juste en face la route, pas besoin de véhicule (attention tout de même, les vagues peuvent y être plus fortes).

Maison très bien placée et très agréable
Maisonnette très propre et décorée avec goût. Très bien équipée. Très bien placée. Location idéale pour les amateurs de sports : vélo, tennis et surf sur place. A 15-20' en vélo du centre de St Jean de Luz. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.
