"We had a 7 night relaxing stay in this lovely, private apartment. The patio is particularly pleasant. We were out by the private pool and lounging as much as possible. The views are outstanding. On a clear day you can see St. Barts, Saba and St Kitts islands. The cool breezes were so nice and the crashing waves always lulled us to sleep. "The property is exactly as described. Absolutely no complaints. Read the reviews, yes the music from Rainbow Cafe can be loud but it ends relatively early (10:45pm on weekend, much earlier weekdays). The terrace is spectacular. The apartment is well furnished. Breakfast at Frenchys is generous and delicious. Will definitely book again. "

"The studio was lovely & clean. I loved the view from the balcony! The walk to the beach is easy & orient village is within walking distance (however I would drive over if going for dinner at night). The only negative would be the bed is a little hard & not too comfy. I brought k-cups thinking there would be a Keurig type coffee machine, but there is a nespresso machine (& a regular coffee maker). Just FYI…not a big deal, I bought some Nespresso cups in the little store on property. The owner...

"The property is 2 meters from the beach. Walk out and enjoy the white sand. If a pool is your preference, 50 meters to the pool with bar and restaurant. There is a grocery store/gas station walking distance. Grand Case is a short drive and Philipsburg is about 30 minutes during busy times. Onsight manager was prompt and friendly. Highly recommend this property "
