"I intentionally upgraded my room to Ocean view, upon check-in I was given a room that overlooked the smelly beach and an empty lot after telling the front desk that I upgraded to an ocean view. I had to come back to check out and check in two hours later this was quite exhausting. The pool was lovely however there were no beach towels. The bartender was very unpleasant. The cleaning staff was wonderful. At one point there was one punch being served and it was being served mostly to the staff....

"We had a fabulous vacation. Lots to do at the pool, plenty of beach and pool chaises and multiple beaches to enjoy. The rooms were VERY clean, the bed was amazing, and the use of a kitchenette, especially the coffee maker in the morning, and a large balcony that you did not trip over to sit down made it very comfortable to spend rest time during the day."

"Everything was wonderful but the house keeping. When asked for service they did a very poor job. They didn’t change the sheets and didn’t replace all of the towels. They also left food service trays in the hallway for two days. The rest of the staff was very nice and the pool and live music was great! Just wish the cleaning staff did a better job."
