Great house, great location.
Our second visit to this lovely house, fantastically presented, both inside and outside. Great views from the terrace, peaceful location with good restaurants and bakery within walking distance. A perfect place for a relaxing holiday.

Magnifique maison dans magnifique cadre
Nous avons passé un très bon moment dans cette belle maison spacieuse et très bien équipée. La véranda est un atout indéniable, et l'accès au site ostréicole par le portillon est le petit plus que nous avons fort apprécié. L'île, même si assez fréquentée, regorge d'endroits magnifiques et de pépites qu'il suffit de dénicher en cherchant un peu. Bref, de très bons souvenirs.

Sehr schönes Haus mit tollem Blick
Das Haus ist sehr schön und verfügt über zahlreiche Sitzecken, wo jeder seine Lieblingsecke finden kann. Man hat einen schönen Blick auf das Meer, auch vom Wohnzimmer aus und einen riesigen Garten, in dem die Kinder toll spielen konnten. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld hat super geklappt.

Zum zweiten Mal in dem wunderschönen Haus gewesen. Erneut haben wir uns super wohl gefühlt und den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die neue Holzterrasse wurde kurz vor unserer Ankunft fertig gestellt und er wertet das Haus noch mehr auf. Ebenso die tollen Gartenmöbel. Freuen uns irgendwann wieder zu kommen.

tres beau sejour tres calme
grande maison très accueillante et très bien équipée. jardin spatieux ..bbq..tout y est pour passer des vacances au calme à 2 pas du centre ville et de la plage . la onage au pied de la maison n'est pas accessible pour la baignade mais permet de prendre l'apéritif face au coucher de soleil. .magnifique.

Très belle adresse!
Nous avons passé 2 semaines de rêve avec nos 3 enfants (18, 15 et 12 ans) dans cette très belle maison, idéalement située, dans un cadre exceptionnel et au calme. Tout est prévu pour y passer des vacances reposantes, avec tout le confort nécessaire: une très belle adresse, qui nous a fait découvrir les charmes d’Oleron. À louer sans hésiter!!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille
La maison très fonctionnelle et décorée avec goût est située dans un quartier résidentiel tranquille. Nous avons apprécié son ouverture sur la mer et le site ostréicole de Fort Royer. Il suffit de traverser un petit chemin pour aller déguster des huîtres ou autres fruits de mer dans des cabanes typiques. Le propriétaire a été très réactif à nos demandes ou remarques. Nous recommandons chaudement cette location.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. La maison située dans la tranquillité face à la mer a tous confort. La maison était bien nettoyée. Une légère optimisation serait de résoudre les fourmis dans les quartiers d'habitation (malgré de nombreuses boîtes d'appâts anti-fourmis).

Cette maison et son environnement sont ideaux. La vue mer depuis la veranda est un vrai plus, la cheminée et les plaids fournis nous ont permis de passer des soirées couvre feu très appréciés ! La maison est un vrai hâvre de paix, idéal pour se ressourcer. Un conseil: prenez vos vélos pour de superbes promenades en perspectives !

Relaxation, grand air, famille
Tout y était encore mieux qu'à la maison. Rien ne manquait et tout était de qualité. Les espaces sont superbement agencés. On peut profiter de l'intérieur par mauvais temps (véranda très agréable largement ouverte sur le salon s à m et la cuisine .) les enfants ont adoré la chambre... Le salon, la véranda, les extérieurs!!!On profite de levers de soleil magnifiques. (p'tit gars de 3 ans matinal) Les clairs de lune sont eux-aussi ressourçants et inédits.(Surprise:un renard est passé dans la rue) Les sorties autour de la maison sont très agréables. A l'écart de l'agitation mais proche des commodités. Habitués de Grand-village-Plage, nous ne regrettons pas cette belle découverte. Nous serions prêts à revenir en période estivale bien que très frileux concernant la foule dans le contexte sanitaire. Partir à 2 couples avec 4 enfants en mode dortoir est possible. Merci aux propriétaires d'avoir partagé leur écrin de bonheur.
