"We really enjoyed our week at this property. Our boys loved the pool and spent many hours regardless of the weather. "The Villa is beautiful and in a perfect location. The Villa however does require updating and some maintenance work. We did not realise the Villa does not supply any bedding or towels, so this had to be flown in and others by car which was frustrating. It would be nice if the Villa can recommend local shops, eateries and places of interest as nothing is supplied or recommended. WiFi took a few days to be sorted and both patio and pool furniture is in need a of change. Overall, lovely Villa."

"My wife, two kids and myself had a great week in the Medoc region. Thierry and Sylvia were excellent hosts, showing us around the property and giving us tips on where to visit in the region. "I have just returned from a two week stay in Vensac. The property owned by Veronique was fantastic and very comfortable. The Hot-tub/Spa was also a great facility. Veronique gave us a very warm welcome and was very helpful prior and during our stay. The area is very rural and quiet, with beautiful countryside, beaches and many fields of vines. The provision of bikes was also good as the cycle paths are a great way to see more of the countryside. All in all a great holiday."

"We had a great time at Hotel de Margaux. We stayed in the Suite Vénitienne which is a large apartment in a little chateau close to the hotel with a view on a nice pool and a vineyard. The host was very nice. Too bad that their restaurant was closed and we had to go outside for dinner."
