In addition to it, I paid a premium to get a room with a terrace and when I arrived the same person told me that there were no more rooms with terrace. I ended to be in an smaller room and WITH NO HOT WATER. It is a sky area and we needed to take a shower. It was not possible. I also called the police since there were 40 families with no water and no effective answer from the hotel,"
