Indian Island Beach Condo
Great stay. Everything as presented online. Special instructions pre- arrival were complete and received early. Unit is in a great location, ground floor near pool, beach, entrance area, and recreation / game / snack bar building. Indoor pool, hot tub, and sauna all clean and well maintained. Hosts were quick to reply and very professional.

Great space
The location and the condo were perfect. Clean, updated and had everything needed for a weekend at the beach. Owner was very responsive to questions before checkin. The community at Summerwinds is also wonderful. Will definitely be staying at this location next time! Thank you George!

Building itself was dated but room was nicely updated. Beach front location, pools were nice clean. Fairly quiet neighbors. Did see loggerhead turtle's hatch and make their way to ocean. Plenty og good restaurants nearby, third time visiting the crystal coast. My favorite beaches.

Perfect Place to spend time!
The condo is perfect for two people, this is our second year staying and we are already booked for next year. Summerwinds is a great complex that has a lot to offer. The condo is right by the pool and the ocean. It’s adorable, clean and we have had great communication with the owner. Thank you! I cannot wait for next year!

Very nice condo but…
Great location and decently clean condo. Nicely located right next to pool on first floor and steps away from beach. I have overall 3 stars because there was absolutely no towels, wash rags or even bed sheets for the bed. You’d think there would be extra towels being we are two steps from the pool. So we had to go buy towels because we were not notified of this weird policy. And used a blanket to use as sheet for the bed. There wasn’t a washer n dryer so had to be careful how we used our towels because we had to use the same towels for the beach and pool and of course after showers. So renters be aware, this place has no towels or sheets on the bed

The property was lovely, only one hiccup, there were no linens at all. The listing didn't give details about the linen situation so we had preplanned for the event. Overall great stay and location.

quick get away
The property description did not include all details about the kitchen amenities. We were unaware until after booking that there was not a stove with oven and full cook top. Included was a single burner for cooking and small toaster oven. I think this should be made clear under amenities. Eating out for dinner was our only real option. Breakfast and lunch were not a problem. The place was tidy but could have used a deep clean including tile floor. The outside seating area was around the corner and not really usable to store beach chairs or sandy supplies or to relax as it was open to all passing by. Overall, the condo was just big enough for two people and functioned well with the exception of the dishwasher. which was not working upon arrival. George, the owner was very nice and got back to us quickly about the dishwasher. I would go back but would not consider this condo for a weeklong stay due to the limited amenities.

Great place for a couple
My husband and I checked in effortlessly on Friday afternoon. The keyless entry was a little tricky to get used to, but it was so convenient not having to worry about keeping up with a key and only a code to remember. The condo had obviously just been renovated and was clean. There is not much in the way of kitchen utensils or pots and pans, because there is no stove. We were a little surprised by not having a stove, and the only oven has a toaster oven. It was not a problem for us, but if we have been there for more than three or four days it could have been somewhat of an issue. Overall our state was wonderful it was a short walk to the beach we had a great view of the pool and some of the ocean. We very much enjoyed our stay!

Weekend quick trip
The provided instructions helped us navigate into and around the property and the residence was very quaint and had all the necessities for a three day stay with my wife and my two boys of 2 and 10. The proximity to the pool was perfect and the short walk to the stairs down to the beach was almost as easy. Plenty of places to eat on the island, both close and with a little bit of driving, and great shopping opportunities. Overall, we would consider another stay at the property as we thoroughly enjoyed it.

Lovely Clean New Feeling Space
We absolutely loved staying here! When we walked it, we were so happy with the space!! It looked newly renovated and the decorating was beautiful. Very well done, but clean & crisp at the same time, so you had plenty of places to put your stuff down to use while you were there, like a hotel. Very convenient to the parking lot the pool and the beach but had very little traffic coming past our room making noise. With just me and my two teenagers, It is a gated community with security, and we felt very safe there. The pool and the beach were lovely. We were able to put our stuff on the beach and it was not overcrowded, the pool was not overcrowded, so it was very peaceful. The tenants were so kind to us and I had a long conversation with one very sweet woman. It was very convenient to the places we wanted to go. We absolutely loved it and would stay there again. As for some of the things people mentioned in the comments, we had no issues whatsoever. The owner was wonderful, and I had no issues getting in contact with him. He even called and left me a message to let me know the room was available for the extra day we requested and that he had approved it. The lock on the door was easy to use, and we had no issues nor did we ever have to call maintenance or security. Make sure you use the code he gives you on the email, not the code on the attachment in the email. In the space, there is a front living room / kitchen with a pull-out pouch that is a queen. There is a door to the seperate bedroom which has a king. Beautiful clean bathroom with a nice shower. The kitchen does have a microwave, toaster oven, Keurig, & refrigerator. It does include dishes. We did have to bring our own sheets and towels, toilet paper and extra paper towels, and I would bring extra trash bags just because my kids created a lot of trash eating snacks. So easy to do and was not a big deal at all. We had no issues running anything in the kitchen. All of the appliances worjed beautifully. All in all, this place was very lovely and we would absolutely stay here again if George will have us!!! Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful condo!!

Perfect little spot!
Perfect for our anniversary beach trip! Safe and quaint area. Upgraded condo decor and appliances was perfect for small meals and snacks! Pool was just steps away from the door and ocean access was right out front. Loved our stay and hope to be back soon!
