As a guest of The Relaxing Centrally Located Retreat you will have exclusive access to:
• KITCHEN: Newly remodeled (March 2023) fully equipped chef’s kitchen, gas stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, air fryer, juicer, coffee maker, crockpot, mixer, platers, mixing bowls, blender, pots, pans, plates, bowls, glasses, and utensils. Counter tops with waterfall edge and modern finishes. Stocked with coffee, tea, and condiments.
• LIVING ROOM: Gorgeous high-vaulted ceiling living room with tons of natural sunlight. Comfortable Crate and Barrel sectional sofa, 75” Smart Samsung internet capable TV with Prime/Hulu/Netflix/HBO, air conditioning, ceiling fan, Nintendo, fireplace heater with colorful lights, library, and guitar.
• DINING AREA: Beautiful dining area with 8 cozy chairs to enjoy delicious meals.
• BACKYARD: Private gated area with separate entry, sectional couch set, BBQ set, heat lamp, propane firepit, and wood burning firepit. S'more anyone? Fruit/Herb garden (e.g., grapes, pomegranate, lemon, lime, mint). Help yourself to fruit, feel free to cut fresh roses or enjoy the scents of the plumeria.
