"This is a cute bed and breakfast with super welcoming and helpful staff. The property is a little tired--I stayed in the "Santorini" room during rainy season and found water running down the stairs in my room. I got very little hot water in the shower and the room never seemed to dry out after the rains. "This hotel was top notch! I loved the staff, breakfast, their attentiveness, and the room was always sooo clean. They are ALL very honest too...we accidently left our safe open to cash all out and the room was cleaned but not a peso was missing or out of place...it was not a test. "This place is great because it’s social and so many activities everyday. The rooms are nice and clean. As for the staff some of them Are very nice and friendly and than others they are a bit stand off. They look at you unfriendly and don’t really want to interact with you. But the really nice ones were amazing. Careful with the cafe at the hostel it is insanely expensive. Just go right outside and walk to the right and you’ll find food for 1/4 of that price and you can pay with card. "

"Nos atendieron bien, pero al hotel tienen que darle seguimiento al mantenimiento. El baño tenía la puerta rota, la puerta del cuarto se tenía que empujar fuerte para que cerrara. La piscina estaba en mantenimiento y nos enviaron a otra de un hotel de la misma cadena eso estuvo bien. Cuando llegamos a la piscina el agua no se veía muy limpia. "

"Location: by the sea wall. Where it is part of the walking tour, my room was room 11 has a balcony overlooking San Felipe Castle (20 mins walk from the hotel). Everything was within walking distance, 20 mins to the clock tower. Lots of dining options around the block. Airport is about 30 mins away with traffic, around 25,000 colombian peso (US$1 = 3,800 in money changer place). The area is safe as well, I travelled solo and no problems walking in the anytime. The most I was out was around 11pm....
