"It was an amazing stay because of Daisy who went above and beyond by accommodating our request to have the free breakfast the morning of the day we checked in. It was a long flight from Toronto and a 3 hour wait at the immigration in Bogota, we were hungry and tired. It was disappointing that the other employees didn't want to listen maybe due to language barrier. Overall, it was a great stay, Daisy saved the day!"

"The restaurant food is very good. Restaurant service is very poor. Bar service was good. Bar single chairs were not very comfortable. Bar couch was very comfortable. Hotel bed was great, rooms and hotel itself was very clean. Room soundproofing was very effective."

"An excellent option for transit in Bogotá. Really nice facilities, great breakfast buffet starting at 5 am. I would only penalize them for not having espresso earlier! Also, and not their fault, shuttle at peak hours is difficult at El Dorado. It could benefit from a reinforcement of another van. But the attention of staff at every turn makes up. Rooms are a delight, ample and nice. "
