"I would give it more stars if I could. This was our third time going, and we're already planning our fourth. It's SO relaxing, and beautiful. The staff is amazing. The property is stunning. We were upgraded to a Casita and loved it, even if it didn't have an ocean view. It was huge and very private. The food is the best. The drinks are wonderful. The gym is big and well appointed. I can't recommend this enough."

"Extremely surprised on this hotel! I read while booking this hotel a mix of good/bad reviews so i was skeptical about this property and set myself the bar very low. The service was my biggest concern as i read many not-so-good reviews about it ;however, i can say the staff was extremely helful and the service was impecable. Entertainment: Francisco: amazing person and great energy. He was always with a great smile Pool Waiters: Angel, Rubicel y Josimar: top level service and we were never left wotgout drinks and food. I have travelled a LOT and by far they provided the best service I've experienced Restaurants: were just ok and nothing impressive. The buffet was definitely the best option Beach: 10 out of 10 Rooms: we atayed at the building Palmilla and had the most upgraded rooms everything was good and bed/pillows were comfy I would rate this property a 8 out of 10 and i would definitely come back "

All the staff are great but I’d like to give a special shout out to Angel who recognized my daughters as soon as they stepped out of the car even though he hadn’t seen them in 6 years.
