night doorman was awesome. Front of building broke off. Front door & electric-sketchy-not safe

We arrived and the directions to get into parking area were confusing. The key code to the door did not work and we used the emergency number provided several times and no one answered. The security guard gets a 10 out of 10 because they helped us get in but no one answered from the owner/company of the property with the number provided.
