Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Poor communication
The day we were to check in, I called the owner wondering about the check in process. Only then did he tell me the place was unavailable. We were left scrambling to find accomodations. Fortunately, VRBO stepped in to help and got us in a hotel. We cut our vacation short and went back home.

Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities, communication
Upon our arrival no one was there to receive us and after 30min I’ve got a call from the manager saying the property I PAiD and book in advance was not available! On New Year’s Eve I was without a place to to stay and no help was offer! Unbelievable!! From the outside…the property was old, messy and not cleaned! Definitely a negative review on everything and a negative review to Expedia as didn’t help us on that chaotic day!
