The finest Penthouse view on Isla Verde beach. This top floor penthouse is half exterior and half interior. The exterior private garden terrasse has a view from all façades, from the lagoon to the city to the mountains and a spectacular view of the planes landing in the distance. You will enjoy a breathtaking sunset on the terrasse. During the holiday new year, you can literally see at least 100 separate fireworks exhibitions at once from the roof top terrasse. .- truly magical!-,
It has bedrooms with beach view: The apartement has one bathroom, two rooms with all the amenities, hair dryer and towels.
The condo is located steps from the beach, in one of the best located oceanfront condominiums in the Josée Tartak Avenue and has a protected assigned parking space! You also have for the stay, beach towels and beach chairs.
Included: bath linens, washing machine and dryer. The rooms have air conditioning but not in the living room. Ceiling fans in the bedrooms and dining, TV in living room and both rooms, wireless mesh systeme internet acces inside and on the terrasse. Beds side by side for flexability give the size of a king bed. Iron, ironing board.
The kitchen is completely equiped for your creative recipes: Expresso machine, blender, toaster, microwave, small oven.
Facilities included in the condominium: swimming pool, washing and drying machines on every second floor, 24/7 security guards.
The condominium is blessed with an incredible luminosity and constant refreshing and relaxing breese from the multitudes condo windows.

For public transportation, their is a bus at the corner of Tartak and Isla Verde avenue, direct to San Juan. Also taxis and Uber are plentiful.
Near prestigious hotels, fine restaurants, food market and CVS Pharmacy.


A car is not necessary for every day use because everything is within 10 minutes walking distance (Pharmacy, super market, souvenir boutiques, ATM, ) .
To rent a car we recommend the rental counter in the Verdenza hotel. Interesting rate and good service, no waiting, 3 minutes walk from our condo. Dollar rent a car

Its hard to pick, but the roof terrace is amazing. Its so calming, especially after a hot day at the beach and to sit and enjoy your dinner with that view. The efforts Juan goes through to make your stay a better one definitely goes noticed. I usually try different locations but i will come back. Thank you for sharing your home.

We just had a great 5 night stay at this condo. Juan the Property Manager was great! We communicated easily by text or phone calls. Luckily we didn’t have any issues during our stay but I know he would have helped us if we did. The security at the condo was good & we felt very safe there & in the surrounding areas. The condo was as it appears in the pictures. Obviously the terrace is the main reason to stay here! The beds were comfortable & the A/C worked well in the bedrooms. There is “city noise” outside but I think you would hear that in any hotel or condo in the area. You can’t hear surrounding neighbors in the condo units at all. We would stay here again!

Beautiful view from roof and condo
Penthouse roomy but in need of an update in kitchen and bath…furniture looks like it’s from the 1990’s wicker type but does its job…there was a washer and dryer in bathroom but very outdated so we didn’t use it as I read on another review that it leaked, they should just get rid of it and redo bathroom which is a Jack n Jill type bathroom that connects to both bedrooms…wasn’t crazy about the floor rugs throughout and the bathtub mat as they looked dirty and had stains and needed to be replaced which I told Juan the manager about so I am sure it will get done…view on roof was spectacular and nice to sit at while enjoying morning coffee or evening drinks. Check in process I believe would be better if they used a lockbox or a smart lock since nowadays people just want an easy check in and not worry about the availability of the manager when checking in and out. Condo is 10 minutes from airport and right on beach with direct access to beach. Condo has a pool and parking spot, we ubered everywhere and stayed local and took trips into Old San Juan which is about 20min or so depending on traffic and cost about $15…Both bedrooms have a/c living room doesn’t but has a nice crosswind but I imagine in the summer it would be hot…There is some outside noise but this is pretty much a lively beach community with plenty of hotels, condos, bars and restaurants in area so it is to be expected…I’m sure this condo would be spectacular with some updating overall it was “ok” to book…

hey I will say location and view is amazing. Property is dated though and brutally hot in the living room and spaces without ac. The ac in the rooms is weak and for a week ( good pun) a nite mare. Now for the Jose he was late too meet us didnt return calls and a hot mess when we got there. Check in was 4pm and we didnt get in (since he didnt answer my call or messages for 2 hours. Our flight came in at 1pm and I was assured he would accommodate us early. Im not a vindictive person, but anyone who rents this place should beware.

Another wonderful stay in Paradise!!
Thank you Silvie and Juan Luis for another fantastic stay!! As usual we were greeted by Juan Luis!! How great to see his great big smile again!! Such a wonderful host and is always available if you need him. One of the ACs wasn't working and Juan had a new one installed right away!! Theres a beautiful breeze in the main living space which is wonderful, but the bedrooms could get too warm without the ACs. Juan Luis saved the day!! We were here for New Years Eve and saw the Best fireworks EVER!! Absolutely Amazing!! The weather was perfect and we enjoyed the spectacular sunsets for the rooftop garden terrace!! This is the place i fell in love with!! The gardens, the palm trees, and tropical flowers are thriving!! We're going to miss this place, but we can't wait to come back to this tropical gem!! Thank you Thank you Silvie for another terrific stay, and for the special gifts you left for us upon our arrival on Christmas day!! The Canadian cookies were delicious!!! We ate them all!! Great place to stay!
We enjoyed our short visit to San Juan. This was a great place to stay, and Juan was super helpful. Views from the rooftop terrace are awesome -- we were up there every night! A perfect location for many activities, and the parking garage with an assigned spot helps too. One thing to know -- air-conditioning is only available in the two bedrooms. It was pretty hot and muggy when we were visiting, so we had to keep the bedroom doors closed to have the A/C work efficiently (and provide a nice cool room for sleeping).

Everything about our stay here was fabulous! Juan is so amazing and helpful. He’s truly a ray of sunshine and genuinely wanted us to have the grandest adventure and a place to call home for the week. Every detail has been thought out by Juan and Sylvie. The views are breathtaking, the kitchen well equipped, the beds super comfortable. A real gem in a prime location owned and managed by trustworthy, prompt, professional yet feel like friends- folks! An absolute 10/10 and would give them more! The location is fabulous as far as proximity to all kinds of cool adventures and of course three beautiful beach. Will absolutely stay again!!

The views and the rooftop terrace are spectacular. We spent the evenings up there watching the clouds roll in and drop rain. Sylvie has made sure that everything you could possibly need is available. Juan was also a great host. We would definitely love to return in the future.

Love the location and the roof top with minor issues
The penthouse is equipped with everything you need to go to the beach. The condo is just a few steps to the beautiful beach. Our favorite is the roof top like others mentioned. The view is the best part even at night for stars gazing. There is even a shower on the roof top which the kids enjoyed the cold shower. I first worried about the living room has no A/C. But after a while you get used to it and there is enough wind. The living room is roomy and has partial beach view. The bathroom is ok. We used the washing machine and it was leaking on the floor. The closet door was broken we could use the main closet but the manager was nice. He apologize for that and hopefully will get fixed. The kitchen has everything for cooking too. Overall we 4 of us are happy there.

Back in Paradise
Another wonderful vacation at this amazing place!! Juan Luis greeted us in the lobby with his big smile!! What a warm welcome!! He is the nicest person and always makes sure that he's always a phone call away if you need anything!! The first thing I did was climb the spiral staircase to the rooftop garden terrace!! This garden terrace is just amazing in every way!! The sunsets are spectacular and oh what a perfect place to enjoy dinner alfresco while watching the city light up!! The gardens are so pretty with many tropical varieties. They were planted with an abundance of love by the owners mother years ago. She would be happy to know that they are still thriving. The condo has everything you need. A well stocked kitchen if you enjoy dining in, with good quality pots, pans, dishes and utensils. The beds are very comfy, and the water pressure in the shower is perfect!! Sylvie the owner has thought of everything!! It's hard to leave this place. We're already booked again and can't wait to get back!! Thank you Sylvie and Juan Luis for another wonderful stay!!

I hope to return!
My family and I loved this place, it’s pretty much perfect. The star is the private roof deck, but the rest of the apartment is very comfortable too — fast internet, nice TV, good beds, new kitchen appliances. There is even a small washer/dryer. The beach is right out front, which was fantastic. We used the chairs provided and some of the items like the snorkel and and paddleball kit. We also took advantage of the umbrella rental on the beach — one was big enough for all of us and drilled into the ground so we didn’t have to worry about it blowing over. The pool is nice but the kids only went in it once because they wanted to play in the waves in the sea, which was warm of course because it’s the Caribbean. There’s a CVS around the corner and a big supermarket a 5-10 minute walk away — the neighborhood felt totally safe, with plenty of people walking around, even at night. It was a short Uber ride to the airport, Old San Juan, and also a great snorkeling spot, and there are car rental places nearby that we used for a day trip to the El Yunque rainforest. I highly recommend this place and hope to return myself!

As natives to Puerto Rico we were wanting a place with the commodities of the mainland such as dish washer, AC, reliable internet and this place did not disappoint. We had an amazing time with family who came to enjoy the beautiful view the property has to offer. Juan was very thorough with the tour and when he said “ this is your home be comfortable in it” they weren’t just words but he truly meant it. We were impressed that a few days later he checked in to ensure our stay was going smooth. We will definitely be considering this place our home away from home when we return.

We had an excellent stay and Juan was amazing. We had some flight delays that caused us to get in very late, but Juan met us at the propert with a big smile and showed us around. The property is in very good condition and the building is well kept and secured. The rooftop patio got a lot of use for us. When we come back, we will look to rent here first.

What can I say? Everything about my stay at this property was amazing. I was suppose to go with a friend who canceled last minute but boy oh boy did I enjoy my stay immensely. I live love the penthouse apt. Beautiful clean airy. The roof top was so wonderful I spent many hours up there. The neighborhood is soo lovely and safe. I felt totally safe everywhere. Special in every way!!
Let me start by saying that this place is truly a piece of paradise!! Juan greeted us in the lobby when we arrived.....with a smile that could light up a room!! He gave us a tour of the complex and the condo, and checked in with us during our stay to see if we had any questions or if we needed anything. The condo was clean, the kitchen well stocked,and there were beach towels,beach chairs and a beach bag if we needed them. The beds were very comfy and the bedrooms both came with closets, and a dresser, along with a TV and air conditioner. In the main living space there was a ceiling fan, and a large window that let in the most beautiful breeze!! We enjoyed looking out to the carribean turquoise water, the white sandy beach..Isla verde...one of the most beautiful beaches in the world!!! As if that wasn't enough for WOW...we climbed the spiral staircase up to the rooftop garden terrace...this is where I fell in love with this place!! The gardens and I bonded!! I could feel the tender love that went into the plantings, and i could tell that alot of thought went into the placement of the tropical flowers and foliage. I am a master gardener, and I was in my element . How sweet it was to be surrounded by bougainvillea, hibiscus, palm trees, draceana and other tropical plants...not just plants...but very happy plants!! The view beyond the gardens....the beach, the mountains, the lagoon...and especially the sunset!!! The sunset was spectacular!!! This is truly a piece of paradise in every way. ..or should I say...Heaven on Earth!! Thank you Sylvie!!! Thank you!!! Finding your place was indeed like finding a glistening treasure!! Some things are Serendipity, and I believe this is one of them!! We were on the terrace having our morning coffee the day before we had to leave, and guess what? We booked it again.. Wonderful Condo + Perfect Location
Having looked at the photos and video often, I felt right at home when Juan showed me thru the unit and up the stairs to the private deck & patio. The place was exactly what I wanted--in contrast to a sterile hotel-like condo. When my family joined me after finishing lunch (Uber from airport to Alambique Beach Lounge), I got big hugs for my selection. The two bedroom A/Cs worked very well. I was happing with no A/C in the living area knowing this would avoid conflict between me (let's set it to 80) and my family (72 lower). The air flow morning and night was good, and in the afternoon if we weren't out or napping, we'd be on the deck. The deck/patio is amazing and serves as an extra room. We had coffee/breakfast everyday and once dinner. My daughter said if not for the deck, she would have gone to the beach in the morning--but this way she didn't have to deal with wind and sand! I had been very worried about biting insects with both the living area and the deck--there were NONE--even with the light on while reading in the evening on the deck. This was my first non-hotel experience and my worst fear was no one showing up with keys. Juan spoke with me by phone while I was still home in St Augustine easing my anxiety. And his kind attention while we were there reassured me that if anything went wrong, he would be available. Once you figure out how to use the cable-connected TV, it works fine. Family Fun with an Incredible View
Juan made our arrival easy as the property liaison. Of course, our favorite place to hang out was on the penthouse garden terrace. We had breakfast there every morning to enjoy time together with an amazing view. The condo complex is right on the beach, you walk out the access gate, cross a street that is never busy because it's a dead end access road, and you are walking in sand in seconds. We always used the beach cart, provided by Sylvie, to easily transport beach towels, bottled water, sunscreen, etc. The condo is also conveniently located near a 24hr CVS that has nearly anything you could need, including a nice wine selection. The first day we arrived, we walked to a local Pueblo Supermarket and stocked up on food and drinks for the week. We rode back in an Uber Xl full of groceries for about $6.00, again very convenient location. At first I thought it was odd that there wasn't central air conditioning. The bedrooms have window units and you sleep comfortably cool, but the rest of the condo has no A/C. Soon I realized this was for the best. By letting the breeze flow through the condo and up and out the terrace you can comfortably come and go from the terrace without having to worry that the door is always shut or constantly having to adjust to the change in temperature. I wouldn't change a thing in that regard. We made a couple of trips to Old San Juan, it's best to see it in daytime and at night. The Uber XL ride was about $12-14 each way. We also went over to Pinones for some local street food and to see the rustic beaches and it was about a $10-12 ride. The ride to the airport at the end of our trip was under $10. I could go on and on but to summarize, the condo was very clean and conveniently located and we felt safe and comfortable there at all times. The garden terrace was amazing and it was so relaxing sitting up there and watching all the activities, from planes landing to people walking the beach. Also, I never felt a lack of privacy on the terrace. It was like you could see everything but nobody could see you. I rarely ever want to go back to a place I've been because I like to see new places. But, I think I may actually come back and stay in this condo again someday.

Great location
We enjoyed our stay here! As others have noted it is a little dated, but the location, beach access, and terrace more than made up for that. Juan was awesome! He checked on us several times and made sure we were good! The only other thing worth mentioning is there is no a/c in the living room(but there is always a breeze coming in) but the bedroom units were nice and cold!

Paradise on the beach!
We were so happy with our stay at this property, and can't wait to return! We were 4 adult women there for 6 nights. As first time visitors to San Juan, we found this beautiful property to be perfectly situated on the beach of Isla Verde and accessible to the rest of San Juan and the overall island. Juan, the super, was friendly and attentive. He helped us get situated and was flexible with our check-in & check-out timelines. This property was exactly as listed, if not better. We absolutely loved our time there and would return.
