"While our stay at the hotel was generally positive, I was quite frustrated by the difficulty in reaching the front desk. My husband lost his phone before reaching the hotel, and I spent over an hour and a half trying to contact him through the hotel. Despite multiple attempts, the calls kept disconnecting. When I tried contacting reservations, I was told there was no alternative way to reach the front desk. However, the hotel staff deserves immense praise. They went above and beyond, performing...

"We stayed here at the beginning and end of our trip to Puerto Rico. Room 22 was a bit dark and cavelike, but we loved the “outdoor” shower! Room 5 was bigger and brighter, but the “shower” was in a claw foot tub that was scary to enter and exit. A grab bar is needed. We enjoyed the neighborhood, but the property is a challenge to find, since gps directs you to locked up gates. The grounds are lovely and the vibe is cool. "

"Had an amazing top floor corner 1 bed apt with views of a small active airstrip, a small harbor, marina, bay and ocean!. The place is clean, well equipped, and well managed. Minor issues with parking. great staff and housekeeping."

"Paseo Caribe as whole seems it’s been declining. No choices for dining unless you get out of the area. The front desk personnel was amazingly good. The guy who did our check in was working double shift (sorry I forgot his name) and still he has the best attitude. He needs to be truly recognized. The room was clean. It has an amazing view. "
