"Shower and curtain made ALL the water come out, leaving a soaking wet, dangerous bathroom floor. Food was just ok. There's a party bus that comes by every night every hour, make sure to request a room that doesn't face the front of the property or you won't get any rest. Club was amazing. Staff was exceptional. These two things make everything else worth it. "

"Our room was quiet, clean and had a view of the garden area, a small balcony was included. The staff were the best part of our stay they were always smiling and happy to help from Anna at the front desk to our favourite cleaners, shuttle drivers, servers as well as the concierge. All of our inquiries were answered and any issues were immediately taken care of. The food was okay, we did not go hungry. The beach club was a nice bonus however, located on a beautiful beach swimming in the ocean...

"This is an absolutely lovely property with the sweetest staff. Everyone is incredible welcoming and kind. Both beaches are stunning and very quiet, awesome for looking at seashells and body surfing. We had an amazing time and felt extremely safe, but I truly cannot stress enough that it is the staff who make this resort truly remarkable. As well as the beautiful nature and delicious food!!
