"Too many high hidden fees for coming across as a Hotel. The director was very kind and polite. The 2 bedrooms villa was poorly designed. We learnt that the resort has been recently taken over by another owner. With did not have an unpleasant stay but I cannot accept fees that sum up to the cost of an extra night."

"We found the place unique and loved it for that. An apartment in an old building with great character. We did find it a little dark but otherwise it met our needs for our stay. It was well located and large in size so plenty of room for our things without tripping over them. It was a surprise to have a daily service ensuring we always had towels and supplies. "The house was very spacious. It was very clean. It had a lovely private garden/ orchard and although the pool was not big it was good for cooling off. There was a cafe next door and a bakery next door to that. There is a supermarket about 3mins in the car away and there are a few local restaurants. We only ate at one, Il Sogno.. "Fantastic property with lovely garden and amazing pool. Everything is there you could possibly need including a BBQ. The hosts, Salvatore and Rosy could not be better without being intrusive. They gave us lots of advice about places to visit and eat. We had an amazing meal of local foods cooked by them on our first night brought to us, course after course- amazing! The washing service that Rosy supplied was amazing and so fast! We enjoyed our time so much- we will definitely be returning!!"

"The apartment is located away from the bustle and very close to the sea, it is well equipped and very well kept. You fill you are at home and not in a cold rented place. We stayed in September and the area was extremely quite and enjoyable. The owner is as pleasant as can be and extremely responsive. "Excellent hotel for visiting Lecce, street parking at the front of the hotel or they have a private, paid, car park. If you are lucky there are plenty of free parking on the streets as well. Very good breakfast, not the usual buffet. Back door of the hotel takes you into the historic part of the city, two minutes walk to the Duomo."
