"My whole experience was amazing. Everything at the hotel was amazing. Our first night the bathroom shower was not working and they quickly changed our room. Service is 10/10, everyone was extremely kind and eager to help. The room was super clean, beds were comfortable and the AC works well. Bathroom was also very clean. The location of the hotel is great, walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. Hotel restaurant is also excellent. I would definitely come back and would recommend it "

We were celebrating a life event and they went above and beyond to deliver champagne to the room, upgrade our room, and help us troubleshoot receiving our tickets for a soccer game. The staff went above and beyond and we were so grateful to them for making our experience incredible. "

"Hotel on the top floors of a very high building so there’s always a good view, either to the bay or to the city. Beach and promenade is 2 min away, old city 10 min… I would book it again "

David the concierge went above and beyond for our stay. Make sure you ask him for restaurant recommendations. He will not disappoint. We did not want to leave! "Their location on the beach can’t be beat. And the cafe/restaurant downstairs is fantastic. The hotel staff are so kind and helpful and the hotel is charming with its old time elevator. But there is no central air so the room can get hot unless you open the windows. This can let in noise or rain. But the sound of the surf is a natural white noise that is soothing."
